These terms govern your use of the IELTSPrep app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. The service

IELTSPrep provides IELTS practice across Writing, Speaking, Reading and Listening, including AI-generated band-score feedback. The feedback is for practice and study purposes only. It is an estimate and does not predict or guarantee your score on an official IELTS exam.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and use the app only for lawful, personal study.

3. Free tier & IELTSPrep Pro subscription

• The app is free to use with a daily limit on practice activities (AI evaluations and completed tests).
• IELTSPrep Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that removes the daily limit. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; no automated scraping; no uploading of unlawful or infringing content.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the essays and transcripts you submit. You grant us permission to process them solely to provide feedback and your history, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Deleting your account

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account → Danger zone → Delete Account. This is permanent and irreversible.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI feedback may contain errors. IELTSPrep is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by the IELTS partners (British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, or Cambridge Assessment English). “IELTS” is a trademark of its respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTSPrep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for exam outcomes, arising from use of the app.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
